Why in the world would a restaurant offer curbside service for online ordering only and not for phone in orders. Makes no sense. The new kid that took my order, since he has such a hard time putting my order in, told me that he wasn't sure if he would still be around to bring my order out to me. There was items also missing from my order which I guess I expected. Good thing I checked the bag before I left. They didn't really seem to care that they forgot things. That's pretty good customer service I tell you.
Came on a Thursday lunch. They were short staffed but kept up and kept us happy. Food excellent as always. Always a favorite. Our waitress, forgot her name, was amazing!
We have tried to order twice in the last few months for to-go orders; once carry out and once curbside. Both times we had over a 30 minute wait past our states order time for our food.nnIf the food was received hot and complete that would not be an issue. However, both times our food was cold and we were missing items.nnI tried to reach out to the location after the second time and all we received was a statement that they were busy and it should be expected.nnWell, it should now be expected for us to spend our money elsewhere.
Everything was good, but it was ya know, average. Service is awesome though. They keep me going back to this location.
Lisa the manager is so friendly and really provides a great customer experience! This restaurant is lucky to have her and so are all her customers!!!
