Great authentic flavor
Very disappointing that one is confident that we already have a reserved table and they leave us with that we are no longer there. The atmosphere of the northern machinery is very good, but honestly, be more careful in how you organize your events, not wanting to fill the space, leave people with a bad time.
They ruined my night. We booked a table v.i.p well in advance and called several times before the event to confirm. Speaking with Luis Nuñez, he told me that my table was very confirmed, which was not true since when they arrived at the place they told us that they had sold it, then so that we would not get angry they gave us a corner table without chairs. Although the waitress is very kind to be honest. We asked to speak to the manager, she called him and he never came. We paid $ 275.00 for terrible service and we couldn't even leave because our separate tickets were already paid for. The v.i.p area was very crowded and they charged for a chair it was very uncomfortable. They need to pay more attention and order especially in an area where one is paying more than the rest to have a good time and be more comfortable and everything was very disorganized. Bad experience.
