My old business account had received money by ACH that was caught in limbo. Each bank said they did not have it. The banker said she can’t help me, and to talk to the branch manager who she could not give me the information for. So useless and not helpful, with horrible service and bad attitude.

If i could give them a 0 i would. Walked in to open a custodial accountant 5:19pm and was told that it is 5:20pm and opening and account takes 40 minutes and they close at 6pm so they cannot open an account for me. What!!! I have been with chase for years and years and this was the first time anyone said this to me... i have 2 accounts already with chase plus credit card... so... i drove to another Chase on Northwest Highway in Algonquin and made it in at 5:35pm and guess what ..... Joshua came out from behind his desk said he's got an appointment but it won't take long to do a custodial account and bamm in 10 minutes all taken care of.... i give 5 stars plus to Joshua from Chase for going above and beyond. I called the other chase back and found out the manager is on vacation but the guy who is acting manager was who said he could not open an account for me. I have filed a complaint with chase cause they had plenty of time to do it.... Never ever again will i go to this chase branch... if it wasn't for Joshua .. I would have gone into chase and cleared out my accounts and taken my business elsewhere!!!
