Shoe Carnival

I have never walked out of shoe carnival more happy than I did today. Fernando was the person who took care of me at the cash register was so polite and professional He mentioned that if I where to put all of my items and my sisters togethernI would get 2 free socks, and get to spin the wheel for a discount. He also tried to get me the 10 dollars off that is on the website but it was not allowing us so he went directly to his manager to figure it out. He was not able to use that coupon so he still took the 10$ off my whole purchase. Awesome customer service,we need more people like that working in retail!

Pretty good selection for reasonably prices, and when they don't have you're size, you can always order them online.

No Custumer bathroom. Twice they don't have my shoe size (they fund it for me at another location). Customer service skills need to be polished.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted upon arrival. Store was very clean. The young man who wrong up our merchandise customer service skills great.
