Great selection and quality of work and casual shoes and boots! The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly unlike the Evergreen Park location. I will continue to shop here for my needs
Stopped in to purchase a pair of logger max boots and paid to have my old pair resoled. I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to have the repairs done and I was asked if they could use the box from my new boots to ship my old boots out. I agreed. Almost 2 months later I was called and informed they could not make the repairs to my boots.When I went to pick my boots up I noticed my boots were in a bag, not the box I originally gave them but didn’t pay much mind to it since I was going to throw the box out anyway. A couple weeks later, I finally had a chance to take the boots to the Red Wing I Originally purchased them from. Evergreen park, and have them sent out to be resoled. I noticed the insoles were missing from the boots. I called up North Riverside Redwing and let the sales representative know what had happened as far as me missing the insoles and I was told I should’ve checked the boots before I left the store and there was nothing they can do. Even after all the money I spent and all the trouble I went through. Don’t waste your time at this unprofessional shoe store the red wing on west 95th street in Evergreen park is a way more professional establishment.
Had a small selection of stuff like i wanted, but not exactly. So, i went to another place & find what i wanted there for a better price.
This store likes to steal customers information they write your info down with the security code. I took the paper away and they were so mad I didn't let them they were trying to attack me because I didn't let them do it I had to call the police. Watch out im surprise the police don't do an investigation on this business.
Wonderful place for work shoes. My father was in need of a new pair, Sears in Riverside Mall is due to close with nothing there anymore. Needed a new store, found it. Dad is happy with his purchase, top notch service. Be sure to sit in that comfy chair! 5 stars alone.
