DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

On Tuesday 3/23/2020 between 2pm and 3pm, I'm not sure if the store was having a bad day but my experience wasn't that great. Shoe selection was okay. If you are size 9 and below you shouldn't have a problem but any 10 and higher there was barley anything. I was the first in line but I waited for more than 5 minutes until employee made it to the counter. There were no employees running the cashier counter. Finally when someone came, she didn't even apologize just gave me attitude and tried to rush me out. When I asked her a question she was just annoyed. I did see previous customers who were checked way before receive better service than I did. I don't know what was up with that. Why didn't I receive the same? Not a great experience when I went.

I had a return AND an on-line purchase to pick up. After waiting in the on-line pick up line for a few minutes, a clerk came to the desk as she was on the phone with a curb side customer. She told me that she could help me AFTER she delivered the curbside order, but I would first have to stand in the other line to handle my return. So I leave one line to go to the other. After another wait, the associate who assisted me with my return was also able to retrieve my on-line purchase. She was great.nNote to self: do curbside pickup only. The added benefit is that I will spend less money there due to add-on or impulse purchases from cruising the clearance aisle

Enjoyed shopping at this DSW shoe store. The staff greets you at the door. There are so many choices to choose from in a variety of shoe styles. There is no wonder that I never depart with less that 2 pair of shoes.

Loved the selection of shoes, gym shoes and boots!! NICE prices! Wonderful staff! But there is not enough large sizes. I wear size 11.

I went to DSW to get a pair of easy spirits. They had the pair I wanted and in my size. At the checkout the sales lady helped me save $10. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The easiest shoe shopping ever.
