Although I wasn’t able to purchase shoes here since they didn’t have the one I wanted in my size, she did me the favor and called a different Journeys and had them put it on hold for me. Happened to go into the store to resolve an order that never arrived. Since we had no receipt I just expected to get some information. Instead a very helpful guy named Luis immediately checked out the problem and after a short conversation with his back office department worked out a most satisfactory resolution and we will get the order completed this week. Wish I would have had time for more shopping at his store but will definitely be a repeat customer.

I shop their all the time for my chucks ,vans,and boots

One of the best shoe stores ever. They have Doc Martens, Uggs, Timberlands, Birkenstocks, Pumas, Nike, the greatest looking pair of Adidas you ever seen and many other shoe brands. They also sell very stylist sweatshirts and shirts backpacks socks and even hats. This store is actually one of the best stores ever. It's always on my to go list When I visit the mall. I recommend you come here if you're looking for the latest pair of shoes.

I've never been here but a review should be based on the fact a company doesn't hire someone.
