If I could give them zero stars I would. I was charged twice for a pair of shoes! To begin with no one had a name tag! They refused to give their names! And refused to help me out! Jimmy jazz on North Riverside is horrible! Bad experience horrible customer service! The main guy at the front working the register kept taking off his mask! Horrible horrible and I will be letting others know how poorly their customer service is!

Store has very poor customer service. You walk in and you just get looked at but not acknowledged. You walk by associates and they jus look past you and say nothing. When you walk into an establishment with the mind of wanting to spend money there, you should feel welcomed by the employees and even if you don’t need help, an associate making themselves available for help would be nice.

Excellent place to get new gear to enjoy in stlye.
