Alan and his entire team are phenomenal. They always provide exceptional service. It's sad that I can't say the same for the Footlocker at the end of the hall.

Went into the House of Hoops in North River Side Mall and was disappointed with customer service. When i enter a House of Hoops location specifically I’m expecting to talk with people who have knowledge of the Shoes present in the store, i asked a female employee about the Just Don collab with Nike and she was completely lost as if i asked her the contents of rocket fuel. I am a shoe head and have been to allot of high end shoe stores around the nation and this was a horrible experience i basically just left after that. I called in to talk to a manager about the experience and he sounded as if he could care less. I don’t recommend anyone go here if you are looking for a store that represents The House of Hoops Brand.
