Rainbow Shops

Prejudice and rude against black people. I walked in nobody spoke to me, not even security. A group of hispanics walked in right after and they were greeted. I got to the register where an old rude hispanic woman just grabbed the clothes out of my hand and didn’t speak. Then as I was leaving the hispanic security wanted to randomly “look” at my receipt. He didn’t check the other people’s receipt but randomly checked mine and pretended to write something down. He literally watched me walk from the register to the door. Zero stars.

The store is big and nicely stocked. I love Rainbow and but will never visit this location again. I plan to call the corporate office and express my frustrations more. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. I should have walked out of the door when I heard the way the manager was yelling and disrespectful to another customer. If you are at all looking for that friendly shopping experience that you’d receive at other Rainbow shops do not visit this one. You’ll be highly disappointed.

Me and my mom was looking at clothes when the sensor fell off on one of the items we had and one of the employees went and got the manager and they was looking at us like we were crazy they thought we was stealing when we never was stealing , we always shop there and never had a problem. We haven’t been there since that incident happened.

Great store lots of clothes great prices good customer service

I called to ask what time the store closed and I was told 7. After coming 44 minutes away there was a “credit/debit” sign only. I asked a cashier why wasn’t there any cash option and she said nonchalantly stated the boss forgot to give them money so I guess they had no way to issue change. I turned to my sister and said “I wish I was told that when I called to ask what time they closed!” The cashier smugly says “Well there’s a sign on the door.” First, I wasn’t speaking to you and lastly, she was rude as hell!
