Petco

Ok, I like going to Petco, and I choose to support Petco over the other pet stores in my area. But I suggest that using the In-Store Pick-up option is not the way to go. I went with my uncle who was shopping in the store, while I was going to pick up an order I had placed on line. The line to pay was pretty long, stretching half-way down the aisle of products - maybe 6 people; maybe the other staff was on break, or maybe staff is light because of covid. I waited by the Blue Pick Up Box stationed at the front of the line. My uncle and the one or two people after him were done before an associate came to give me my order. Plus, If you come to pick up your order and you see something cute you want to buy displayed so charmingly at the store's front, you will end up in two lines. The one to pay, as well as the long wait at the Blue Pick-Up Box for your ordered item. If you do decide to order on line and pick up, a better option is to stay in your care and just call and ask them to bring it out. They give you that option in the email that alerts you that your order is ready. At least that way, you can listen to the radio and also not be disappointed that you are (figuratively) tethered to the blue pick-up box.nnI gave Petco 4 stars because I still like the store, I just don't like how they handle the in-store pick-ups, which is easily avoided, if you know that it's poorly managed.

I absolutely loved it, the customer service was excellent. The store was fully stocked and fascinating went in for dog supply came out with a fish aquarium. If you're not a pet lover this store will make you one.

Items never in stock and dog waste at main door and surrounding front entrance. Almost stepped in dog waste walking in main door! Informed a store clerk and was told they dont anything about that! How can a store allow dogs in store and let the entrance look like a giant dog toilet. Never shopping there again it was disgusting!

I started using the grooming services last month. I like the grooming team, they are efficient and professional. Also the cashier, Kali is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
