The people that work at the front desk aren't very welcoming at all, or even seem happy to be there. I get it right now with the Virus things are rough, but we have to get through this together. It’s really the simple little things, and we all know at this very moment everyone is going through something in someway.nnMy experience here was so awful I had to switch facilities (UPDATE: had to pay an EXTRA $200 on top of what I had to already payud83dude2d because I had switched facilities for REASONS that weren’t my fault) which is very upsetting now I have to wait for other openings to finish up my physical therapy. I really don’t want to feel like a cow and just be pushed out with the rest of the heard and that was exactly how I felt. I had Sarah for a pelvic floor therapist and she had made me feel so uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t even want to be in the room anymore. She never asked if I was okay or asked how are you? Never sent me home with exercises? Never showed me the structure of the pelvis? Basically NOT HELPING, making my anxiety worse and just dealing with me because she has no choice. I also don’t feel like she had any compassion or care towards me which I feel is very important. I do not plan on coming back to this facility, and recommend going to Bur ridge and requesting Neepa!

The therapists that work at this clinic are awesome. Everyone is very kind and friendly- including the front desk staff! The clinic itself is a bit outdated and could use some renovation but the staff are great.

I came in today for rehab therapy initial appointment for my hand. Upon walking in, i was greeted by the very friendly woman behind the front desk. I was immediately checked in and had essentially no wait time.nnI had the pleasure of working with Sue. She was AWESOME. I was nervous when i first got there but listening to her interact with other patients in the room made me feel very comfortable, because it showed she cared to remember patients and some details about their lives as well. She has wonderful bedside manner and kept me calm and explained everything she was doing with great detail.nnI will recommend Sue & the Loyola Rehabilitation team on Roosevelt to all my friends and family!

The therapist was good, but the waiting room was hot and smelly.
