Wrong deposits . Ask for balance don't get it . Amateur hour
Worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. Every single time you walk in for help, expect to wait at least 30 minutes for the simplest of deposits or withdrawals. Constantly understaffed and not worth opening accounts here unless you don't value your time. I'll be moving all of our business accounts to another bank effective immediately.
Never answer the phone. I waited until Monday to speak to a manager and now I can’t get an answer!! This is peoples money we are discussing!
Worst bank ever always waiting in line for more than 30 minutes to deposit my rent only, not even my own bank does this. The customer services and drive thru times are terrible.
Longest wait times ever. Don't bother with this branch. Management doesn't care about customers, just minimizing their expenses and not hiring enough tellers to help customers in a reasonable amount of time.
