I have an account with TCF. They have free checking accounts which I love!
I just drove here from 20 minutes away to make a deposit only to find out that they are closed ....don't waste your time coming here you will only be disappointed
This drive through is a mess, probably worst place to bank at now.
I don’t use their banking device anymore, but when I did they always had a friendly and warm welcome. Used to deposit my checks in the middle of the week, be aware on Saturday mornings it’s usually really busy
Horrible bank service. They over drafted me -180 for purchases that was not from me. They had the nerve to say it was through chip so “ It had to be me.”, when the purchases where made in Wisconsin when I live in Chicago. They over draft you $37 dollar for every dollar or change once it hits zero. For purchases that weren’t even made from me directly and never gave me my money back too. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard about this. Do not give your business to this bank. They steal your money for charging you over draft fees that weren’t purchased by you ( card holder).
