ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service today, and drive thru ATM's eat your cards! This happened AT LEAST TWICE today! You must make an appointment to even see it they have temporary cards until your actual card can be sent to you. At least one teller didn't listen to nor bother to ask further questions to get a better understanding of the situation. Instead, they just sent people away back out to the ATM in question, wait 20mins+ to talk to someone at the number they said call.... Only to be told to go BACK INTO the bank. Very frustrating day.
Always an extremely long line and the bank reps take forever to take care of you. Either they need to hire more staff or more knowledgeable staff
Clearly understaffed. Management is terrible. They need to better adjust to these times.
I saw the video of their staff was refusing to communicate with a deaf client while needing to access to her banking. Shame on Bank of America. Super lousy customer service. I will never do any business with Bank of America. Shame on them!
