Friendly and helpful staff. Explained things in a way i could understand
This branch is extremely questionable... DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT. My mom has a wealth management representative who is unfortunately handling her account. The original representative was very kind and was let go due to CharterOne being bought out. Long story short, she was expected to receive an annuity payment to only find out that the representative didn't submit the paper work and then had the AUDACITY to tell us that we were wrong. My mom had the payment amount to be received and the date. The representative continued to argue with her and to only find out that the representative didn't check her voice mail.nCUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!! It old adage, but it still exists today. My mom can't wait for this annuity to mature to transfer elsewhere for better customer service and knowledge.
I have been trying to schedule appointments to file for a finanacing meeting however I have called five times now with our normal banker at u.s and I have never received any calls back or any effort to contact me
I have officially filed a complaint against the branch manager. He has performed unfair bias banking practices against my relative. They've closed the account in December and have yet to return their money. They deserve no stars, but I couldn't post this review without selecting it. Beware!!!
Y’all need to fix that machine in the drive thru for real!. It’s the second time it took my hard earned money and I call the the people to get my money back.
