Managed to get the same shoes I got about 8 years ago. They fit nice, decent price, and lasted well for the price point. Lots of wide shoes at this place and that's what I need! I think they may have the bogo 50 percent of sale all the time... At least they did the 2 times in 8 years I've dropped by. Staff was on point! Knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. What else can you ask for?

Shoes were a little expensive considering it's an outlet. However, I did get lucky and found two pair of shoes on the discount rack.

My wife suggested I try on a few pairs of shoes and check out any sales to see if they had anything I liked. I wandered through the store for about 20 minutes, and checked out a few selections. I wanted to see if anyone would ask me if I needed help, but the employees never approached me or asked if they could help me. I finally went to the front counter and saw 3 store associates, one of whom was busy with a customer. The other two appeared to be socializing so I asked one of them for a shoe sizer. He apologized and said due to COVID-19, they weren't offering the use of sizers. He instructed me to try one a few pairs of shoes to see what fit. He never asked me what I was looking for, or what I might be interested in. I asked for a shoe horn which he provided. It looked like a child's toy, almost a miniature replica! I attempted to try on a few pairs that I thought I might like, but struggled because the little stools were so close to the ground it was painful for me to put anything on either foot. I recently had surgery and just couldn't get in a comfortable position to put any of the shoes on, but did know which size I was closest to.nnIt would seem to me that they should have some kind of disposable sizer, instead of prospective customers putting their feet into hundreds of pairs of shoes store-wide, or considering helping folks out in the aisles.nnWhen I got home, I ended up buying two pairs of shoes from Amazon. I know that if I didn't like them I could easily return them for a refund.nnI also wanted to note that a few of the selections I thought I might like only the maximum size I could find was 9 1/2, much smaller than my size.nnNOTE: The two pair I ordered from Amazon were returned and Amazon refunded my purchase. I didn’t like how they felt and wasn’t satisfied. A quick refund from Amazon, so I bought new shoes from another retailer.

I like the variety however shoes are over prices in hopes you'll buy 2 pair to save 50% that's not fair Mark my up low quality shoes and only slowing you to still over pay when buying 2 ...and the good part is once in a while you can find deals on off sizes ..the very most common size for men 10/.5 are sold out but an 8 will be on sale for 15 bucks less ..still a huge profit for them .. I have not walked out with a pair of shoes 2 times out of 3 because of slight over priced products that I see on Amazon for less..but no one can count on a shipped shoe without a promise that they fit... Sketchers will honor returns with receipt ..managers discretion ...reasonable returns are no problem just ..do a even exchange as I have done..no hassle I was happy...try them if you intend to get 2 pair you will get that instant gratification that often comes with new shoes!!! Shoes!!! ;)
