I enjoy this branch. I have been going here the past few months instead of my normal branch because they are extra nice here. They recognize me now and wave at the drive through even if I'm not their customer. They remind of how things used to be everywhere once. I do appreciate Marquette's extra perks too like the calendars, change purse, chip clips, face masks, and cookies pre pandemic, etc... Karen had me laughing and eased my anxiety being inside. Nice neighborhood bank!
Have banked at this location for years.Just love it. Always friendly, and able to help with any questions I have.
Customer service sucks. Every time I go into this place there seems to be an issue that they cannot or are unwilling to resolve !
