Since First Midwest Bank took over Bridgeview bank on 79th an Harlem it sucks the people are mostly the same but they just got mean. An the service is slow an thay took the penny account away and made it into another savings account and i got two accounts all ready . Then charge you for not having enough in it. An have to many fees. I most likely will go to a different bank sooner or later

The positive.nThe bank does have a few conveniences like free ATMs.nThe negative.nThere is always long wait either on the phone or in person.
