My first time shopping here but i would definitely come back. I came in for an insole for plantar fasciitis. The employee who took care of me was fast, knowledgeable and very helpful. He even let me try different insoles to insure the proper fit and comfort. Definitely will return

The guy checks out how you want and gets shoes that have support of where you need them. Pretty reasonable price too. Got kids shoes for under 75.00

I am a beginner in the treadmill running scene and quickly developed issues with my feet and legs. I was recommended to Body and Sole so I went. I walked into the front door to be introduced with a smile and a welcoming hand. Not only did they show me around and answer a ton of questions I had but one specific gentleman truly cared about my issues and helped answer any question I had for over an hour. I would recommend this place 100%! They also let me know that if I needed anything they were just a phone call away to re order or answer any further questions. I live 45 min away so that is a nice added bonus. Highly recommend! Great people, great service!
