It was a quiet day in the store. I was greeted as I walked in, and the clerk checked in with me about the time I was ready to try on clothes. The dressing rooms were clean and well lit. I had plenty of space in which to change . The clerk was prompt in ringing me up. And when I said I didn't have a store credit card, she wasn't pushy about asking me if I wanted one. She w plai ed the survey process and the discount I could get if I filled it out. She handed me my bag and thanked me for shopping. V
Nicely laid out store. Clean and inviting. Dressing rooms were even available! Got a great deal on a few new pieces for winter!
I was in to buy a surprise outfit for my now wife the week before I proposed to her. The employee I worked with (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) was thrilled by the mission and helped pick out an outfit that my wife loved and felt beautiful in. An extremely positive experience!
They are nice but don't go when they are dead. Had to find someone to get a changing room. Had my coat and 10hangers in one arm and got no help. Didn't get checked up on and spent 1hr and over $100 with no help other than a hello and goodbye. This happened 3times this month. Hoping it would get better
Great selection of trendy plus size clothes. Great customer service and while they are a little more expensive, the quality of the clothes is well worth it!nnUpdate: 10/2019 Go to the store and never online. The website has so many glitches it isn’t funny. Although my address showed as updated, my order was sent to the wrong address. I got a replacement order sent out. I had the wrong sizes, when I tried to replace them after speaking with an associate, I was sent the wrong shoes and because they have no exchange policy, I had to pay for the order twice. It took four tries to get my delivery and order correct. It’s been weeks and even as a Torrid loyalist, and after 4 calls, I still have not received my refund from the original order so essentially, I have paid twice for the same order. It’s so frustrating I really don’t even want to spend my torrid cash because the online service is so horrible.
