Shoe Dept. Encore

This isn't about this specific store but because this is the location I had to go to its best I leave it for this location. I placed an order online, got my shoes fairly quickly, only to see that THEY sent me 2 right shoes. I was able to get in touch with someone quickly thru EMAIL not on the phone. In turn they told me they would send the left shoe to the closest location to me, which was 40 minutes away. I found this very inconsiderate that I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way for a mistake that they made. They could have very easily sent a pre paid package for me to return the other shoe.

Got a pair of nice looking Beverly Hills Polo Club shoes for 10 bucks on clearance. Decent deals.

They have a great selection of various brands & styles of shoes. The prices aren't amazing, but they aren't bad either.

I love this place not only because I work there now but they always have great deals on shoes!
