I went to this location and Paola Lira was super rude and disrespectful, in another lnstance the BRANCH MANAGER Keaya Harris had the worst attitude and I could hear her talking bad about me with the rest of her team members. If the branch manager has this attitude, no wonder the rest of the crew is so unpleasant go to interact with. The company should really do something about those women, they are tarnishing the company face, I’m changing banks.
Came in to deposit a check. Stephanie was very courteous and professional. I liked the welcoming appeal of the bank and its staff.
