I am leaving this review for Aaron Fitzgerrel. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Always on top of his game and ready to help you with everything you need. Everyone go see him for your banking needs.

I spoke this morning with Aaron Fitzgerrel, who I believe is the branch manager for this location. Either way he was a phenomenal help, answered all of my questions in a courteous and professional manner, and helped me accomplish exactly what I was looking to do. 10/10 would recommend this bank to anyone, I've had zero issues since I've opened the account and the staff has always treated me with respect. I've banked with all the big guys over the years and Aaron treated me as well as anyone, if not better. They have my business for life.

Terrible bank. Will be switching tomorrow. They take forever to take out pending transactions and then the app gives you the available balance which is supposed to include all transactions and apparently that's not even the accurate amount. Tired of it.

I had to pick a money transfer ,the bank branch at Danville and for two weeks can’t use western union and have no expected date for the service to come back so I had to drive the 36 miles although I called the bank and western union no one mentioned they want specific id due to the amount of the money so I had to drive back to get at the end branch manger last name fetzhirald I believe was very nice and professional.

The worst bank I ever bank with. They charge you for the dumbest things. For Ex: $3 fee for paper statement(that you never ask for) they charge you $15 to get a new card if its lost or stolen and on top of that They dont send out cards you have to go to a branch to get one. So why do I have to pay for it,if your not sending it.?They charge you money if you dont have $100 in your bank at all times. Bank here if you want to be charge for random things.
