Regions Bank

This bank is extremely slow handling customer issues. They refuse to be professional and courteous. I have had an issue it took over 6 months to resolve!

I'm honestly so surprised at some of these bad reviews; I get the idea these people had ONE bad experience and took to Google to feel some sense of resolution. My personal experiences with this bank have left me with nothing but good things to say. The tellers are great! The ladies are friendly, helpful, and go beyond their duties to ensure great service every time. 5/5.

Friday, June 28, 2019 I went to this branch to withdraw ten (10) dollars worth of quarters and the teller mentioned she needed my ID. I was like ok. I presented my ID then the teller wishes to ask did I have any additional ID as I was not able to withdraw funds from my account. I was a tad bit confused as the name on my ID matched my account. I immediately responded with, I have my social security card as well as my debit card with my name on it. Being that I was from MS and withdrawing money from a branch in IL was a little weird I guess from the teller. I can understand them questioning my account if I was withdrawing out all my money, but I was only withdrawing out a roll of quarters as I was enroute to Chicago and I know about the tolls I would encounter on my roadtrip. I called corporate today (7/2/19) and she mentioned it was weird as well for the teller to deny me getting money from my account. With this being said, it seemed like a shady practice to me. I know she saw how much money I had in my account and probably thought I was not suppose to have that sort of money on hand. I would say avoid this branch at all cost. I have been with Regions almost 20 years and never experienced this type of craziness.

Complaining about the way the bills are faced, because that made them have to do a little extra work. Someone who has been depositing for years upon years knows that is a non-issue. And doesnt need to be brought up to a customer.

I bank here frequently and have been a customer for about a year. Always great service. Love this bank and their friendly staff.
