Called while I was on a fishing trip and had a prop disaster. Chip was very nice on the phone, walked me through getting the information he needed, was very patient with me. Given the circumstances of my trip, Chip offered to check and find a used prop for me to get through my fishing weekend. He was unable to find one. He seemed genuinely bummed that he couldn't help me out. While I didn't buy anything, that interaction shows me how much Chip does for his customers. If I were closer to him, he'd have all my boating business. Thank you, Chip!
