Service will be getting done later this month. I was able to call that day and had them come out the same day to give me my options. I was given two choices and I asked so many questions that I was truly grateful he was extremely patient and helpful. I’ll update after it’s put in but I am definitely happy with the customer service and overall experience.
We have been doing business with King since purchasing our new home. We signed up for a maintenance contract and have not been disappointed. Each spring and fall a service technician comes to our home and thoroughly goes over out system. Recently we realized our AC was not working. I called KIng on a Sunday evening and at 8:30 AM on Monday a service technician was at the house. He diagnose and fixed the problem quickly, performed other checks and we were soon cool.
Very satisfied with King A/C an Heating. Signed up for their Spring and Fall checkups som time ago. Particularly pleased with Taylor today for his thorough checkup on our furnace. He was very friendly and did a great job.
We have used King Heating and AC for several years. Our technician was very personable and provided the service expected. Even though we will be moving to a new home in a couple of months, we will definitely continue to use King Heating when maintenance is needed at the new home.
The installers were very courteous and professional. They let us know what they were doing every step of the way. And they left everything neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them.
