Purchased my Toro self propelled lawn mower here. They do their own servicing and warranty work here. Other big box dealers try to sell extended warranties and you have to rely on a service provider other than the seller to get repairs or warranty work. You get good neighbor relationship whennYou buy at Bob's. Also have small engine repairs done here as well. They are straight forward on repairs and costs.

We were very disappointed. Went there to purchase a zero turn. Toro offers a 36 month 0 percent financing. Bob said he had to talk to his wife and asked why we couldn’t just pay it off in a year. We took our business to granite city and were able to purchase the mower we wanted with 36 months financing.

The only hard part is calling them. Always a fast busy signal. Can’t ever get through on the first try.
