I have been trying to call the Prompt care all morning to only get a recording. I stayed on hold for 1st time for 30 minutes! I hung up checked the website to see how long wait was and it said 5 minutes. Called back again to be on hold again. I was needing to know about the cost for an X-ray on my daughters foot. She has no insurance and I just wanted to know the cost was before she went in. Pretty ridiculous that you can’t get a real person to answer the phone and you have to sit on hold for over 30 minutes!

Clinic visit April 2020 — $155nClinic visit March 29, 2021 (same issue) — $266 (didn’t see an actual MD and meds didn’t work).nTold I could come back in, but no thanks. Paying more than $500 to get antibiotics for a sinus issue is outrageous.

I had to come in at 6:45 (they closed at 7). I was treated with the UTMOST kindness and respect from all 3 ladies I encountered. Steffanie (sorry if any of these are spelled wrong!) at the front desk was incredibly sweet and patient. Hannah had an incredible attitude and was so friendly- her kindness had an impact on my own attitude. Angelina, the nurse practitioner, was so helpful and got my problem solved in minutes. I can’t recommend this place enough! Kind & helpful staff makes ALL the difference!!

Great office staff and the doctor was wonderful with my 8 year old daughter.
