It was my first time calling this company. I have had several companies I used in the past that I don't want to keep anymore. Either they won't show up or they would fix something that's not supposed to be fixed. I tried calling this company a week ago for my Estate ice maker. I was scheduled for next day, which was nice. Repairman showed up a little late but I was informed by him through the phone. When he came he diagnosed and found out the water valve to be faulty. He had to run again to buy a part. He came back after an hour and finished the repair right away. My experience with them was fine. Pricing was competitive as the others. Since I had a positive experience, I will keep having them as my appliance repair guy.
It felt pretty good that there's a reliable company in Staunton! I am confident with the repair of the technician that my dryer won't fail again! I watched him how he carefully and thoroughly fixed and installed the new parts. I had a nice chat with him, learned how to better take care of my LG. He's an awesome man and deserves way more than 5 STARS, so here's more *****************!!! Thanks a bunch!!
A joke is the word that comes to mind.
No doubt Staunton Appliance Repair did an amazing job with the washer. Looks like it will last another 10 years!
I called Staunton Appliance Repair for my dishwasher that wasn’t filling. They immediately dispatched a tech for me. Tech was very friendly to deal with. He figured out the issue and was able to fix it in no time. I will hire these people again!
