Jones Air and Water installed a water softener system and a reverse osmosis filtering system at our home in Cedar Hill. The water in this area is extremely hard and had begun to adversely affect our water using appliances. We were most impressed with how quickly Everett responded to our request for information and a bid. The turn around time for installation was very quick too... just a few days. I have dealt with Jones Air and Water Treatment for over 20 years. Everett is a great person to deal with. Everett has installed a water softener at my last two residences, and a humidifier and reverse osmosis system at my current home. Everett does great work, is very conscientious, provides great products, and is very knowledgeable in his industry. I recommend Jones Air and Water to my friends.

We experienced a water leak in the basement. Jones Air & Water responded to our call for help.nThey were prompt, courteous and corrected the problem. They, also, installed a new water softener for our home and we have not had any issues. We would definitely recommend them.

We recently used Jones Air and Water for a water softer and filter install. All around, we were very impressed. We initially had Everett Jones out to test the water to see what kind of issues we were having and what kind of equipment we might need. He took the time to explain things to us and to make sure we got the best products for our needs, without ever being pushy on the sales front. We decided on a unit but it was several months till we needed the install. Jones Air and Water followed up with us periodically to ensure there was nothing we needed leading up to the install. The install was completed very quickly and the work was done very professionally. The way our home was set up required them to cut into parts of the wall and ceiling. They only made the cuts they absolutely had to and made it easy to patch after the fact. We have had the equipment installed a few months now and everything water related in our home has been night and day difference. There is no one in the Saint Louis area with more knowledge or expertise in this field. They were worlds better than the gentleman from Culligan and much more affordable too. I highly recommended them!
