Wish I could leave a 0 because that's the service I've received. Called Monday and someone picked up on the first ring. Hi sorry we are all with someone can we call you back. I said sure and gave them my number. Fast forward to Thursday afternoon and no call back. I call them for a simple question again. The phone doesn't right half a ring and I get the same thing. I said no because they didn't call me the first time. She immediately apologized and promised to call me back by end of day.. Guess what no call.
