Pleasant staff, knowledgeable, reasonable price, large inventory centrally located at the junction US 40 and IL 49
Great service and good prices on rental equipment. Would be 5 star but could use a little more maintenance on the equipment. Had to do some small repairs on a few things. But not a big deal. Will be glad to rent the next time I need a tool
Customer service inside the store and outside was just excellent, guy that helped me let me even borrow his 7 pin adapter for trailer. Rental prices are cheap. Probably the best place I have been regarding rentals. Impressed.
I would recommend not renting here ! I rented a forestry mulcher here and due to a inaccurate fuel gauge had it shut off and had to to take the door off for emergency and the arms leaked down due to cylinder leakage and broke the door and they charged me a $1000 for something that was at least partially my fault but also at least some their responsibility due to equipment failure ! Also billed me for 5 gallons of fuel after I filled the machine all the way up just before I returned it !
