The manager is cocky, arrogant, and hateful and doesnt know his parts at all. Absolutely the worst retail experiance in my life. Lots of locals feel the same and wont shop there. Stay away

They're open during this covid19 pandemic.nnInside social distancing rules apply.nnFor a small community like Scott City, it's nice to know that there's a auto parts store nearby. Napa Auto Tire & Parts, has occupied this location for decades, so they're here to serve their customers.nnIf they don't have what you're looking for, don't despair, as they can call their main office in Cape Girardeau for the product(s).
