Yule Log Cabin

Great place we go there every year always something new I've been going there for years family tradition.

I love the Yule log cabin I went last year but this year they have people waiting in a line to go inside in the cold

So whenever you think of the season you think of Christ ,kindness and charity. That being said me and my family of 11 went there to feel that cheer we get every year we buy a tree their. As we pulled up we seen the mask mandate we have two people in our family with bad Asma. One is under 9 years old one an adult. The owner I assume we will just call her Karen for the sake of the store Karen approched us and said to us how they are only allowing so many in at a time do to the mask mandate. Than we had 4 bracelets come available and the 6 year old that has Asma started in and Karen stopped him and said he can't come in without a mask. My wife told Karen he has a medical condition and she said I need to see proof. As if his rescue inhaler wasn't enough. We said well he's under 12 ma'am she said well I don't care. We said well we don't have one and asked if she could accommodate one. Karen said yes we sell them for a $1.99 we said so my wife told Karen no ma'am you and I need to have a real talk. Karen went inside the first building and came out with two mask and said I thank it's ridiculous to have to pay for these mask just take them. It still didn't solve the issue So this was everything but a pleasant experience so they lost alot of business from us at least.nnThis review is not intended to sway or discourage anyone's decision to shop at this establishment it is just a personal review of our families experience.
