I am usually very understanding and do not complain. I figured I have lost three hours of my day today, so I have a few more minutes to leave a review. I have never had a worse experience at any doctor’s office. I love Jessica Kelley as a doctor, but the receptionist and overall treatment of this place is terrible!!! I have to call almost every month to get my prescription filled again. The process is terrible! I paid and went to my appointment, & my doctor told me she would have my prescription sent in for two months! I go to the pharmacy 2 weeks later and they told me they received no script! I called the office and they have nobody to help me so I have to wait to be called back. I finally receive a call back asking why I am wanting a refill, when I just had went for my appointment and my doctor suggested to get a refill for two months! I explain to the nurse on the phone that I am currently splitting half a pill of a certain dosage, and I go to the pharmacy again, and the pharmacy asks me if I increased my prescription on purpose? I say no, and the pharmacist tells me I need to call the doctor again. I call the doctor again and the nurse calls me back & tells me I never told her what dosage I needed so that’s why she filled it wrong. Why am I going and paying money for an appointment if nobody at this place communicates!? Not to mention, I clearly explained to the nurse what dosage I would be needing. She put in a script for a capsule that I cannot even split in half with way more medicine than I need. I have never had a worse experience and the overall care and friendless of the ladies on the phone was terrible. I am officially changing doctor’s offices. I highly recommended Jessica Kelley’s service, but I am a college student and I do not have time for this miscommunication. If you are wanting friendly and kind receptionists and a place with good communication, this place isn’t for you! I wouldn’t waste my time here again.

Was treated terribly by Dr helper. Dr said throwing up blood and sore back was a viral infection. Take antacid. One month later worse severe gut pain and blood coming out both ends.ER Dr said my insides were entirely swollen, .gave me gas x and again told viral . Another month later I went back to her after I pooped out part of my intestine and more blood. That Dr set me up with a gastroenterologistnI'm getting an endoscopy and colonoscopy soon.. why couldn't satterfield do that. 5months of extreme gut pain not to mention what comes out, . I'm leaving the southeast Hitler care system.

Unfortunately, in my personal experience, there has been no quality of care. There is no accountability. They will tell you one thing and do the exact opposite thus wasting an office visit every time. They will automatically answer questions in the patient file that are meant to be answered by the patient. They do NOT take responsibility for their numerous mistakes. They do not properly follow up with the patient. It's really disheartening that Southeast just doesn't care.
