Customer service varies depending on who you speak too. Botched my order with no offer to resolve it. Hopefully I don't have to go back to this business again - not worth the frustration.nnIn response to the reply below: The copy did cut off page numbers in two different sections and the sections in between were reduced, making it even worse. I was never told about that when I picked up.nThe offer to reprint was not complimentary and I was told it couldn't be expedited in time for my meeting that day. When I said it meant I had to number the pages myself (over 170 pages), there was no offer to help resolve the problem.

I regularly have jobs done here. The staff is experienced, super friendly, and do exceptional work. Adequate lead time is part of my planning as they are very busy.
