Winneshiek Medical Center

They continuously cancel my appointments last second. Then after I explain its an emergency, they say there is nothing they can do about it. So I will no longer be going to Winneshiek Med Center, or be sending my family there. No wonder they seem to have financial issues and can't make any money. Good thing the government is there to help bail them out.

Been here more than once to the emergency room very nice staff andand even in the middle of the night if there ever is a medical emergency you know that you are taking care of and that they are here to help you with whatever it is that you need help especially with such a nice and well-maintained facility

Friendly, fairly timely as clinics go, and professional. I've had nothing but GREAT experiences here!

Billing department is very difficult to work with. Not easy to get return calls, lose paperwork, and leave out pertinent information about bill payment.
