Shameless Tattoos and Piercings

The place is awesome. The artist is amazing. She has a great personality, very nice, talks you threw everything. She makes you feel calm and comfortable. I went to her for a tattoo on my hand, it barely hurt. I'm going back again to get more from her. Highly recommend to every one.

Best tattoo parlor in all of Iowa. Went three separate times and each time I left absolutely blown away by the skill and craftsmanship done by the folks here. Would recommend! ☆☆☆☆☆

Loved it going back for another tattoo

Tara is a very nice person. And I thought really long before writing this. I went to her on a recommendation from a friend. I saw her work and it is really great work. I had two memorial tattoos I wanted done, and I was eager to get them done finally since thinga got shut down from Covid. So I'll take my part of the blame for how they uttered out. I wasnt 100% happy with the designs to begin with, but with her previous work, I thought I was just over thinking it and she would do something amazing with them. I did tell her I wasn't thrilled with one design she had come up with, so instead of redoing it, she used the rough scetch I had given her and used that as her design. I should have walked out the door as I said, my fault, but I wanted to give her a chance. It was supposed to be two baby kittens holding each other, simple outlines like silhouette. She made them 3 times bigger than I wanted even after I said they needed to be smaller. And she tried to shade them to be 3D like. They now look like 2 chipmunks. On my hand. The one on my neck was supposed to be lightly colored to look like a ghost cat and its solid blue. No pink in the clouds like we had a greed on to look like a sunset, just purple. But there's a pink star that was supposed to represent the rainbow Bridge so each star was supposed to be a different color of the rainbow. Pink is not in the rainbow. I tried to like them, because I can't cover them. They can't be fixed because of how far off from what I wanted they are. As a former tattoo artist I understand sometimes its hard to be on the same page with the client on exactly what they want. But if you aren't sure, then SAY SO! I asked her to also clean up the tattoo that was already on my hand and she made it worse. I've seen pictures of her work, so I know she's good. But either she just didn't care about my tattoos or she messed them up on purpose. Either way, I'm stuck with two more tattoos I hate and no way to get them fixed. Even if they weren't memorial tattoos, it's not ok. Giving the customer what they want should trump just making quick money knowing you can't deliver.

Awesome experience..Tara does awesome work. I would highly recommend. I will definitely be back for my next tattoo!
