Products are great. Employees stalking you through the store have made it to where I will not be returning and will drive to an alternate location. Cannot even find anything with someone inches from you. Not even 6 feet per COVID standards. Disappointing.

I like Sally's. I do not like the Ottumwa Sally's. I won't go back. It's hit or miss on how helpful associates are, seems to be considerable turn over.
