So far the experience has been horrible. The contact number goes to a busy signal so the only means of communication is through amazon. Now I have to wait up to 2 days!! to speak to someone about a package that had the wrong item. The package also came in horrible condition ( although not Iowa Liquidations fault) the way the product was secured in the package was also horrible. Since this was a hard drive I would not trust placing this drive in a production environment even if they had shipped the correct item to begin with.

Ordered piece of hardware for a server on Amazon from them. Get delivery date of May 4th - May 9th, check order on 4th and Amazon has no tracking info, contact 3rd party seller, which is really an issue with amazon not Iowa Liquidation. Amazon says package shipped on 4th after ordering it on the 1st, just sat around collecting dust I guess. Package scheduled to arrive May 10th, day after their original latest date of May 9th. Why even bother BSing me with arriving as soon as May 4th when you knew damn good and well you weren't even shipping it out until the 4th.
