Mario's Sports Bar & Grill

Used the new online ordering for curbside pickup on Friday night and placed my order at 7:46pm was a 50 min prep wait. I arrived in 40 mins called to let them know I was there for pickup person that answered the phone said she would get the order and hung up. 33 minutes after the call I was still waiting and they start turning the lights off for closing l. I called again over and over because the staff didn’t answer the phone finally someone answered and said my order was sitting there. When she came out. Pretty much had an attitude it was my fault for not coming in. Took my food and left since I paid online the food had been sitting for a long time the shrimp in my Mac and cheese was soggy along with my nachos and wings were Luke warm but the foam Togo box was melted on top since it sat a long time. Usually the food is great there but if your going to offer curbside please don’t blow off when they arrive.

Our waitress was clueless. Another very good waitress had to take our order. This first waitress then brought our food (which she didn't know which food was which). Dropped it off with no napkins, condiments or silverware. I had to go get those things. Never came by our table again. I gave 3 stars because the food was good!

Great place to go for a good meal. The most amazing onion rings ever there homemade and fresh every day. Beaded tenderloin was great too and loved the fries happy with everything. Service was awesome. Would go back anytime
