I've found Berkshire to be absolutely superior when compared to any other pork I've ever tasted and SIG International provides the best of the best! I discovered SIG Berkshire 13 years ago and have never eaten any other brand of pork since. I highly recommend trying some when they get their online sales going and I'm sure you'll come back again and again when only the best tasting pork will do!
