One of the nicer restaurants in the Quad Cities area. Top floor of the Rhythm City Casino and Resort. Expect to spend $125 min a couple. Food is decent, establishment is nice, service is good and prices reflect portion sizes and quality. Would go here again. The bread basket and homemade butter is hands-down the best.nnAsk for a window seat. The view at night is beautiful.

Spent the first part of the evening killing it at the tables! Met a close friend for dinner here and I cant speak highly enough; drinks were poured perfectly and the steak was so tender it could be cut with a spoon! Amber was a wonderful and attentive server - highly recommend!

My deceased husband and I used to go to the 97th floor of the Hancock building in Chicago for Valentine's day every year. Ruthie's is 100 times better!! The food is superb, the ambiance is sublime and the service is far above any we ever had there. The steak melted in my mouth, I had it cooked medium and added mushrooms and onions. Sides are family style, mac n cheese and vegetables, I took home the leftovers. Salted caramel cheesecake for desert. What a treasure in our own back yard....big shout out to my family for taking me there, I am blessed...

Complimentary meal allowance by Rob for fine dining with a friend. Atlantic salmon and seafood pasta were extraordinarily delicious. Wine to compliment our meal. Definitely will be back.

Warm and relaxing atmosphere and the food was wonderful. A place that adds to celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying the company of the person you are dining with. Prices are top tier for the area, but I don't think you will leave disappointed. It was worth it and we will certainly be visiting much sooner than later.
