They were very rude to me...trying to sell a motor. We had tried to sell it online but no one would buy it without a inspection being done on it. Over the phone they said yes and was positive but after I hauled it 4 hours to them to inspect he rudely told me he couldn't do it. Well how am I supposed to get it inspected if a MARINE wouldn't even LOOK at it. It was very disappointing.

The team at Blackhawk Marine has been the only marine dealer that was able to troubleshoot shoot a problem I was having with my motor and make the necessary repairs. Their service is always completed to my full satisfaction and this is why I drive 2 1/2 hours for them to service my boat and motor.

Great people and have always treated me great

We purchased over a $500 paradise pad on a Saturday. When we took it out on the water that afternoon the inside of the mat had a large cut down the center. I called and left a VM immediately as they were closed. On Wednesday they still hadn't called me back. When I called back I was told to bring it in and the distributor would look at it in 1-2 weeks. Crazy when you spend some much money on something, then have to wait on the distributor???? We brought it in at the beginning of the season and were treated like liars and told that WE damaged the mat when removing it from the packaging. Horrible customer service. You are better off going down the road to Shamrock's in Carnovon.
