HD Water

Satisfaction reigned from the beginning starting with Bill, the lead off of a very effective team. He checked the water with a number of different tests and explained each step. He was personable, knowledgeable, and a low key salesman. On installation day Pete, the plumber, was a professional. He worked hard and steady to install our system in the correct manner. Chris was timely in coming to double check that the water system was working the way it should after it was installed and made sure we understood the new water system. We can drink our water after many years of buying bottled water. Cleaning the shower, tub, sinks and toilets is much easier, and they look great. My blond hair no longer has a “green” sheen and is much more manageable. Also, my skin is not dry when I leave the shower. The coffee tastes much better. Wish we had known about and installed this system a long time ago.

Had an outstanding presentation on our house's water purity issues. Bill was very knowledgeable both on the water analysis provided and the company's products. His presentation skills are outstanding and the treatment system appears to meet all requirements require to provide purified water.

Don't know if company is still in business but I spoke to someone at the number provided. The company has not provided us any service. They have lied by making an appointment and never intending to show up and then refusing service that is stipulated in a contract

Bill's knowledge and level of professionalism was outstanding. He took the time to diligently explain each test and the solutions for the few issues found. I'd recommend Bill and the HD Water team to anyone that suspects they may have issues with their water!

Hi - Chris from HD Water came and tested my water - I currently have a rainsoft system - I had 2 other manufacturers come to my home prior to Chris and both were about to sell me their systems - when Chris checked out my system, he said the only issue was that I wasn't putting in enough salt - not only did he save me thousands, he didn't charge me for his visit - gave me a test bottle to send him a sample of my water in a week to make sure the system kicked in and that's it - its very disconcerting that not one of the other manufacturers told me my water system was fine - they were willing to try to sell me something I didn't need and the cost isn't a few hundred bucks - its literally several thousand - I would definitely call Chris again -
