You will die waiting on referral.I found her unresponse,her mitro vale is closing.I would be ashamed. You call today would be better off at a vet. She is 85,they just keep putting things off.

On 12/4 I had to visit Ivy Creek FC in Millbrook for Covid19 testing. Prior to testing I was worried...scared...uncomfortable & quite honestly just wanted to be anywhere but there. I was met by a young lady by the name of Kayla...SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS!!!! Kayla made me feel very comfortable...she explained everything she had to do and explained in great detail every question I asked her...she made me feel so much better by simply being so kind & understanding!!!! Kayla deserves a HUGE SHOUT OUT for being such an amazing person/employee & I want to be the first to let it be known!!!! Ivy Creek in Millbrook & Kayla get 5 stars from me!!!

I’ve been going to this practice since it was Physical Express, and I must say that EVERYTHING has changed and gone downhill since it changed over to Ivy Creek. It always takes a while to get seen, even when you have an appointment set. You will be waiting, with or without an appointment. I’ve seen Andrew Atkins, Nurse Practitioner 3 times now for my medical needs, and he comes in without a positive attitude every time. He is not attentive and doesn’t listen, and only seems like he wants to rush you out the door. He briefly comes in, sees what issues you are having, and gives you a treatment plan, WITHOUT asking you about how you feel about things or listening to what you have to say. It seems they only want to collect your money. There is not much professionalism at this practice at all. If you’re looking for a good Primary Care Physician, you will not find it here. I will be finding a much better Primary Care Physician.
