The only thing I can say is read all the reviews below and BELIEVE them! This place is unprofessional with longer wait times than your average ER, and they aren’t even crowded. I sent an employee to have a simple drug screening & after 1 1/2 hour wait I instructed them to leave & go to another company, where they were in & out in 15 minutes. Totally understand having to wait but when you clearly don’t have an overflow of patients what are you doing so that you cannot attend to the few patients you do have waiting in the lobby? Everybody’s time is valuable.

oncompetent is the word for everything about this place, corporate billing wont answer, lab techs cant pronoince results, manger dosent call back, blue cross wont pay for overpriced or unecessary testing they say not medica;y necessary the doctor orders

Management please train your staff accordingly. Terrible wait times, unprofessional, not following appropriate sanitation measures. Not following any form of social distancing. Lack of knowledge in staff. You have people waiting outside all huddled together in 40 degree weather with rain from the roof pouring onto the heads of your patients. Even the DMV has tents to protect from rain. Do better.

This place should not even be open.nI got 15 minutes covid test. I was told it cost $150. And insurance cover it. My surprize a bill of almost $350. In the bill said CO45 contractual . it does not say covid test . my insurance refused to pay because is not clear. I have called for hrs and nobody responde. Not laying. They have no custmer service at all. The complaints page not available. I only got covid test for travel purpose,they manipulate inf. To charge more . i have to pay because nobody is available to help out. I will never ever come again and donot recomend this place at all. Other places around can give you better service and bettet price. I wis i could give 0

CoVid is no longer new. By now, even mediocre medical and admin staff would have enacted a strategy to provide mediocre care.nnA simple plan to listen closely, to serve well, to speak truthfully, and to expedite care.nnA leader has not emerged; the staff has not read the mission statement of American Family Care.nnThis staff is unfamiliar with the Hippocratic Oath, the oldest binding document in written history.nnThis staff is not true to AFC's founding documents.nnExcept CRNP Rachel Runge, whom I didn't see and probably has moved to more noble pursuits.nnIf the staff needs immediate training in expediency, have them observe the Chick-fil-A drive-thru Next Doornnsuggested reading for Continuing education: Temple Grandlin, an autistic PhD, who designed a brilliant system for providing cattle quick, orderly, and humane passage to the abbatoir.
