The Shoe Clinic

Nice show store. This store sells used and new shoes, does basic repairs to shoes you'd love to keep, but you better go on there with money, just stop by and chat with the owner for a few and he'll explain more.

I've seen countless 1-star reviews about this business STEALING people's money and shoe's. Here's another case of just that. The shoe clinic has had my shoes for over a year now with a promised delivery of a couple months. They've blocked my number and continue to deflect every time I ask where my shoes are when I call from a different number. I'll be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but Al is the most unresponsive and unprofessional business owner I've ever had to deal with. They stole my shoes and money, DONT SPEND A CENT HERE, THEY ARE A SCAM AND REVIEWS ARE FAKE. I would love to post an update if they reach out to make this right, but doubt they will since they ignore any negative reviews

Had an amazing experience with The Shoe Clinic. They went above and beyond to clean and repair my sneakers. This is the only shop I would recommend for all things sneaker related in Birmingham. I will be back!
