Very friendly staff clean store
The BEST service I have EVER had at any pet shop EVER. I look forward to coming to this location, and I'm honestly sad I had to move from Birmingham and find a new pet store. None compare. This location is fantastic.
The staff at this location are always very helpful and friendly! The store is always well stocked and clean.
After purchasing the training collar, my 6yr can maintain control while walking our pit, Sam. Sam outweighs my daughter, so this collar allows her to lead, and not be pulled during our walks!
They have doubled the cost of self serve dog washes from $25 to $50 per 5 washes. I always purchased something while on the store but because of the increase I’ve purchased my own equipment and will stay out of the store. This is an outrageous increase. No more business from me! Owner of 3 pets.
